Prospera is a conversational AI wealth coach that helps younger investors set goals, track progress, and receive personalized financial guidance in real time.
The Challenge:
A global bank wanted to attract millennial and Gen Z customers who distrusted traditional advisors. Their existing digital tools felt technical, transactional, and impersonal — failing to inspire trust or build long-term engagement.
The Solution:
We designed designed Prospera, an AI-powered financial companion built on a conversational foundation that combines Google Dialogflow with large language models. Dialogflow handles intent recognition, conversation orchestration, and secure integrations with back-end systems, while the LLM provides human-like responses that feel natural and approachable.
Instead of clunky forms or static dashboards, Prospera engages users in fluid, real-time conversations. By layering Dialogflow’s structured intent routing with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), the system can pull from a curated knowledge base of financial literacy materials, product information, and compliance-approved language.
This ensures answers remain accurate, up to date, and regulatory safe, while still empathetic and easy to understand.
Guardrails validate recommendations against compliance rules in real time, escalating to a licensed advisor when more complex or regulated guidance is required.
